The RT Lions are the RoboCup-Team of Reutlingen University, consisting of students, professors and scientific assistants. The team was founded in 2009 in the mechatronics division, but we are open for all students at Reutlingen University, of course.
We used to play in the Mixed Reality – League with real miniature robots in a virtual football world.
In 2011 we organized NAO-Robots of the standard-platform-league, that come closer to human football since they are humanoid robots. End of 2013 our SCITOS-lady Leonie joined the team, to be the door-opener for the @Home-League. In 2016 Leonart became the new team member, bringing an arm and gripper to the @Home challenges.
